The powerhouse superblend
We don't do dustings. Every serving carries all four in equal parts (fruiting body, not mycelium), blended into real cocoa rather than sprinkled over it.
Reishi
Long used in traditional practice, and a quarter of every cup.
Cordyceps
Cordyceps militaris, fruiting body, equal share. No shortcuts.
Chaga
A staple of the classic four-mushroom stack, rounding the blend out.
Three steps. No ceremony.
Spoon
One heaped tablespoon (about 10 g) into your cup.
Stir
200ml hot water or milk. Stir hard for 60 seconds.
Riot
Rich and chocolatey, with none of the bitterness people expect.
